Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Shipping Executive. As a Shipping Executive, you will be responsible for managing the entire shipping process from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods to our customers.
Your main responsibilities will include coordinating with suppliers and carriers to schedule shipments, preparing shipping documents, tracking shipments, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and requirements. You will also be responsible for managing shipping costs and negotiating favorable rates with carriers.
The ideal candidate for this position should have strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a good understanding of logistics and supply chain management. Experience in coordinating international shipments and knowledge of customs regulations would be advantageous. Proficiency in using shipping software and MS Office Suite is also required.
