Job Description
Responsibilities:
Assist the manager in handling daily customer support and shipping issues.
- Contact customers in various aspects of sales and marketing, from inquiries to complaints.
- Ensure smooth process of customer orders from production to delivery.
- Work closely with the company, freight agents, and transportation providers to ensure timely execution of local delivery and import/export shipments.
