Job Description
To support the business success, you will establish Team Member Training flow to ensure new members complete training plans timely. Supervise team members to deliver quality products and services following company SOP.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide quality products to customers meeting Emart24 standards.
- Execute administrative and cash management duties.
- Ensure team members understand the Learning Journey.
- Provide feedback on Emart24 Standards and Procedures.
- Monitor new team members’ performance and provide feedback.
- Utilize company communication channels effectively.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in a relevant field.
- 1-2 years’ experience in retail/F&B.
- Fresh graduates welcome.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
- Creative and resourceful.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From RM2,300.00 per month
