About Our Client
My client is part of a MNC that specializes in sustainable building materials used all over the world. They are known for their commitment to sustainability, energy efficiency, and creating products that contribute to a healthier and more resilient environment.
Job Description
This is an initial 1-year contract (this project is estimated to take 2 years) and are renewable and/or able to convert to permanent if opportunity arises.
- Plan and execute data migration activities from on-premise Shared Network Folders to SharePoint Online.
- Serve as a SharePoint Online subject matter expert.
- Document and maintain operational processes and procedures for relevant technologies.
- Update and deliver training materials for users, post-migration activities.
- Provide support for SharePoint Online and related components during data migration.
- Analyze and resolve incidents and problems within established SLAs, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
- You should have 3 or more years experience with SharePoint Online.
- Experience with ShareGate or other migration tool with good understanding of limitations and best practices.
- Knowledge of Link Fixer tools and PowerShell scripting would be an added advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to demonstrate critical thinking skills when approaching a problem.
- Proactive self-starter with ability to plan, schedule, and monitor work activities to meet targets.
