Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as a Technical Service Technician in Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam. No previous experience is required as we are willing to provide training to suitable candidates. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems and a desire to learn about rotating equipment, including motors, vacuum pumps, and compressors. Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with rotating equipment (training will be provided)
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on rotating equipment (training will be provided)
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to minimize risks while working on equipment
- Adapt to new technology and work with various brands and models of equipment
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities
- Attend training sessions to stay updated with industry developments
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
- Willingness to learn about rotating equipment, including motors, vacuum pumps, and compressors
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of safety protocols and procedures
