Job Description
1. Hiring, training, and managing employees
2. Preparing an annual operating budget
3. Keeping a record of accounts and financial information
4. Focusing on customer retention by building relationships
5. Managing and controlling costs
6. Managing complete parts operations
7. Keeping track of service and inventory records
8. Ordering parts and supplies as needed
9. Forecasting goals and objectives for the department
10. Implementing a marketing plan to promote business
11. Maintaining good relations with executives and HQ representatives
12. Contacting clients regarding the status of vehicles
13. Overseeing post-repair services (vehicle delivery, test driving, etc.)
14. Ensuring Fleet Parade is achieving the target set by Proton and achieving ‘A’ category always.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM7,00.00 per month
