Job Description
Join our dynamic team at Accenture as a Service Desk Agent! You will play a critical role in driving incident and outage management, monitoring systems for performance improvements, and ensuring changes to production environments are tracked and facilitated. Your contributions will be vital in operating our IT production services as per management protocols and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Requirements:
- Advanced proficiency in IT Service Desk
- Advanced proficiency in Customer Technical Support
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- Prior experience in related skills is advantageous
Bonus Points: Advanced Customer Satisfaction and Intermediate Quality Assurance (QA) proficiency.
