Job Description
Join Accenture as a Service Delivery Operations Lead, focusing on procurement management and procurement support. In this role, you will be responsible for fulfilling purchase requisitions, managing purchase order acknowledgments, and ensuring adherence to SLA & KPI metrics. You will also resolve procurement queries and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
Ideal candidates must have strong English communication skills (written and spoken) and proficiency in Korean. A degree with 3-5 years of experience in procurement operations is required. Familiarity with MS Office, Ariba, and analytical skills will be beneficial.
