Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Service Delivery Manager to join Agensi Pekerjaan Tech Staffing Sdn Bhd. In this role, you will manage and lead Infra teams across multiple offices while overseeing installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance efforts.
Responsibilities include developing service delivery strategies and managing contracts. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in service delivery management and a background in IT Service Management.
