Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Delivery Coordinator. As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective project delivery to our clients. Your main duties will include coordinating project schedules, resources, and budgets, as well as monitoring project progress and resolving any issues that may arise.
You will also be the main point of contact for our clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring their satisfaction and managing client expectations.
To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong problem-solving abilities. Previous experience in project management or service delivery is highly desirable.
