Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Service Crew Supervisor. As the Service Crew Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our service crew team, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the service crew team, providing direction and guidance
- Train and develop team members to deliver outstanding customer service
- Coordinate work schedules and ensure proper staffing levels
- Monitor and maintain quality standards, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues in a timely manner
To be successful in this role, you must have previous experience in a supervisory role within the food service industry. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities effectively is also important.
