Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Crew Supervisor to join our team at Lale Cafe Shah Alam. As a Service Crew Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the service crew, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high standard of food quality in a fast-paced environment.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and coordinating the activities of the service crew
- Training new staff members on customer service and operational procedures
- Ensuring that all orders are prepared and served in a timely manner
- Managing inventory and ensuring proper stock levels
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with health and safety guidelines
To qualify for this position, you should have at least 2 years of supervisory experience in the food and beverage industry and possess excellent leadership and communication skills. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and the ability to work well under pressure are also essential.
