Job Description

Prepare and send quotations for preventative maintenance and subscription services, and follow up with the customer via email, WhatsApp or call.
Monitor the usage of our in-house cloud subscription services for our customers Malaysia-wide.
Assist in following up with customers for outstanding payment collection.
Liaise with our in-house team of engineers to understand details needed, then prepare and send quotations for system troubleshooting and repairs.
Manage online E-Portal for quotation requests and submit quotes in a timely manner.
Manage and update our existing customer database accordingly.
