Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Service Advisor to join SYARIKAT PERNIAGAAN SOON LEE SDN BHD. The role involves advising customers on vehicle repair needs while ensuring excellence in service performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effective communication with customers and mechanics.
- Following PSM standards for customer handling.
- Conducting service reminders.
- Managing telephone inquiries.
- Promoting new products and services.
Job Type: Full-time, RM1,700.00 – RM3,500.00 per month. Fresh Graduates are welcome!
