Job Description
Supreme Automotive Garage is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations in our automotive garage.
Your primary role will be to assist customers in diagnosing their vehicle issues, scheduling appointments, and providing accurate estimates for repair costs. You will be the main point of contact for customers, coordinating with our technicians to ensure timely and efficient repairs.
To succeed in this position, you must possess excellent communication skills and have a strong knowledge of automotive systems. You should be able to explain technical information to customers in a clear and non-technical manner. Your ability to provide exceptional customer service and resolve problems in a professional manner will be crucial in building long-lasting customer relationships.
Key responsibilities:
