Job Description

Job Description:
- Attend customer daily service needs
- Manage service appointments registration
- Promote service and parts sales
- Execution of CS related duties and responsibilities
- Co-ordinate with Job Controller/ Foreman on work progress status & inform any delay to customer accordingly.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Conduct 1-day before appointment reminder to customers to regularly update customer’s parts status
Job Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma in automotive
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in the automotive-related business or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- IT literate
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to communicate proficiently in English and Malay
