Job Description

We are looking for a Service Admin to join our team at THE HUB’S ENGINEERING (MALAYSIA) SDN BHD! The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing quotations, monitoring product delivery, and managing spare parts inventory. You will collaborate with Sales and Operations teams, assign tasks to technicians, and communicate with customers on repair and maintenance issues.

Requirements: Diploma in any field, 2 years of experience, customer service familiarity, strong interpersonal skills, and multitasking ability.

This full-time position offers a salary of RM2,200.00 – RM2,800.00, plus benefits.
