Job Description
Khind Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented Service / Admin Executive to provide crucial administrative and operational support. Responsibilities include managing daily service operations, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth service delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist senior in daily service operation tasks
- Maintain accurate service records
- Handle customer feedback and inquiries
- Utilize service and people management tools
- Have attention to detail and organizational skills
To Be a Successful Candidate:
- Diploma in business management or equivalent
- Experience in people and team management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Good communication skills
- Previous experience in service industries preferred
- Problem-solving and teamwork skills
- Ability to speak Bahasa and English
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to RM2,800.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
