Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Server Administrator with specialized knowledge in Kubernetes and Kafka to join our dynamic IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing our server infrastructure, with a strong focus on Kubernetes clusters and Kafka ecosystems. You will play a critical role in ensuring our systems are scalable, reliable, and secure.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Server Administrator or similar role.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Kafka administration.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in managing and deploying Kubernetes clusters in production environments.
  • Experience with Kafka setup, configuration, and management.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix system administration.
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premises environments.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (Bash, Python, etc.) and automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, etc.).
  • Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.) and logging tools (ELK Stack, Splunk, etc.).

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM5,500.00 – RM10,00.00 per month
