Job Description
1. Able to perform daily operations and administrations tasks on Windows Servers OS & VMware ESX.
2. Example: User admin, check systems event log, check server (OS & hardware) health status.
3. Check for VMware and Windows Server OS patches release.
4. Plan for VMware and Windows Server OS patching.
5. Perform Windows Server OS patching following BNM patching policy.
6. Perform Windows Server OS issues troubleshooting.
7. Perform backup, housekeeping, and monitoring of security and system logs.
8. Maintain documentation of systems changes and latest service packs, patches, or fixes.
9. Escalate problems to software and hardware principals.
10. Perform preventive maintenance on supported systems and prepare preventive maintenance reports.
11. Prepare root cause analysis reports and incident reports.
12. Standby support on non-business hours.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,782.24 – RM4,00.00 per month
