Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Guard to join our team and ensure the safety and security of our estate. The Security Guard will be responsible for patrolling the premises, monitoring surveillance systems, and responding to any incidents or emergencies that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patrol and monitor the estate to prevent unauthorized access and maintain a secure environment.
- Operate and monitor surveillance systems, alarms, and access control systems.
- Respond to emergency situations and provide appropriate assistance or escalate to the relevant authorities.
- Enforce estate rules and regulations to ensure the safety and well-being of residents and staff.
- Perform regular inspections of the premises, including building exteriors, parking lots, and common areas.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a security guard or in a related field.
- Valid security license or certification.
- Knowledge of security and emergency protocols.
- Excellent observation and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and handle stressful situations.
