Job Description
Requirements
- Female, Chinese, 30-35 y/o
- Candidate must possess minimum Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Secretarial Management / Administration or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in secretarial or administration fields.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills are essential for collaborating with internal teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites and must be computer literate.
Job Description
- Responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the General Manager.
- Maintaining GM’s agenda and assisting in planning appointments, meetings, conferences, etc.
- Compose and prepare correspondence and presentations, compile documents for meetings.
- Liaise with other employees in other departments and external contacts/clients pertaining to secretarial or administrative matters.
- Maintain GM’s office systems, including data management to ensure information is organized and easily accessible.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of management and staff.
- Maintain strict confidentiality in matters related to the General Manager and the company at all times.
- Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions, and related duties from time to time.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM4,00.00 – RM5,00.00 per month
