Job Description
Our company, Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia, is currently seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Secretary / Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the management team and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be the first point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders. You should also possess strong multitasking abilities and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing appointments and organizing meetings
- Maintaining confidential files and documents
- Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations
- Coordinating travel arrangements
- Screening phone calls and relaying messages
