Job Description
Join JAKEL TRADING SDN BHD as a Secretary cum Admin. You will be responsible for maintaining and organizing the Director’s schedule, managing daily tasks, and arranging meetings and travel. In addition, you will handle general administrative duties including correspondence management and office resource organization.
Qualifications include a Diploma in Secretary/Business Studies/Administration, with at least 1 year of experience (fresh graduates are welcome). Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required, along with the ability to work independently. This is a full-time position, working Monday to Saturday, with a salary range of RM2,00.00 – RM3,500.00 per month.
