Job Description
Position: SECRETARY

Responsibilities
- Preparation for all meetings including coordination of schedules, preparing the agenda, presentation material, minutes, report and industry information
- Prepare progress certificate and follow up on authority approval
- Maintain time schedules and execute progress follow up of all action plan according to the master schedule
Requirements
- Possess a Private Secretary Certificate (PSC) equivalent or Diploma in Business / Accounting
- Minimum 5 years working experience in similar capacity
- Working exposure in an environment requiring communication with colleagues from globally diverse backgrounds
- Computer literate, knowledge of Mandarin will be an advantage
