Job Description
We are looking for a Sea Logistics Operational Care Specialist to join our Revenue Care team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing sea logistics operations to ensure smooth handling of shipments.
Your main tasks will include coordinating with carriers, monitoring shipments, resolving any operational issues, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. You will also work closely with internal teams to provide excellent customer service and support revenue growth.
