Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sea Logistics Customer Care Specialist, focusing on import operations. As a Sea Logistics Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the import process, ensuring on-time delivery and exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities:
- Communicate and coordinate with customers, carriers, and agents to ensure smooth import operations
- Handle documentation, including preparation of import permits and customs clearance documents
- Monitor and track shipments, proactively resolving any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate billing and invoicing
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sea logistics customer care, specifically import operations
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations and import procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in MS Office and logistics software
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
