Job Description

As a Sea Freight Import Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the intricate process of importing goods via sea freight. Your main duties will include coordinating shipments, preparing necessary documentation, communicating with suppliers, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

• Coordinate and monitor sea freight shipments from origin to destination
• Prepare and verify shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading
• Communicate with suppliers, shipping lines, and customs agents to ensure smooth delivery
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and trade compliance requirements

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in freight forwarding or logistics is preferred.
