Job Description
Job Description:
1. Responsible for planning, coordinating and arranging the import and export goods.
2. Responsible for coordinating with forwarding agency on shipment issues.
3. To prepare the shipping documents such as proforma invoice, packing list etc.
4. To plan and coordinating with the production planner on export finish goods.
5. To plan and coordinating with the purchaser on import goods.
6. To handle the trade items registration and other necessary documentation from the custom authority.
7. To coordinate among the sales persons and sales administration assistants for the effective and smooth sales operation.
8. To implement the ISO 9001 quality management system and other management systems for its department.
9. Any other task assigned by the superior.
Job Requirements:
1. Degree or diploma in sales & marketing or business administration or equivalent.
2. Minimum 1-3 years experience of shipping administration work or related field in manufacturing.
3. PC literate; knowledge in Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
4. Able to communicate effectively in English, Malay & Mandarin.
5. Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients.
6. Must be able to work independently with little instruction and order.
