Job Description

Responsibilities:

• To formulate and execute sales strategies and action plans in order to assist sales team to achieve sales target
• To build, develop and maintain professional relationships with customers and key opinion leaders
• To initiate, assist and participate in product demonstrations and introduction of new product
• To technically support and attend the company events, product launching events and others
• To organize and support account training programs (in-service) as required
• To gather and provide market intelligence for existing and future planning
• To exercise Company policies, procedures and protocols
• To produce reports on current and future business plans for Senior management
• To assist in billing and collection related documents and refunds if applicable.
• To supervise and provide necessary guidance to Sales Representatives team on their working performance.

Requirements:

• Ideally possess a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Studies or the equivalent
• Minimum 1 – 2 years’ experience in the IT/Smartphone/FMCG Industry or related fields are encouraged to apply.
• Good Command of Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia are essential
• Must be willing to travel nationwide (via flight or driving) and possess own vehicle with valid driving license
• Able to work after office hours and weekends (on-call as per required)
• Strong team player and good interpersonal skills with stakeholders
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 – RM4,00.00 per month
