Job Description
Training Development and Delivery:
- Develop and design a range of training programs that cover various aspects of sales techniques, product knowledge, marketing strategies, and leadership skills.
- Deliver engaging and effective training sessions using a variety of methods, such as in-person workshops, virtual training, and self-paced online modules.
Coaching and Mentorship:
- Provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship to various stakeholders to enhance their skills and performance.
- Set clear performance goals with individuals and provide actionable feedback to help them achieve their objectives.
- Facilitate group mentoring sessions that bring together all the stakeholders with similar interests or goals.
