Job Description
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Sales Trainer to join our dynamic team. The Sales Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs to our sales team, aiming to enhance their knowledge, skills, and performance.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and implement effective training programs to improve sales techniques and strategies
- Conduct engaging training sessions to educate sales professionals on product knowledge, objection handling, and negotiation skills
- Identify training needs and collaborate with sales managers to develop targeted training plans
- Create and update training materials, including presentations, handouts, and e-learning modules
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to analyze sales performance data and identify areas for improvement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
