Adel Adyana Elegance Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a motivated Sales Team Leader to enhance our sales operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Execute sales plans and strategies.
- Coach and monitor the sales team performance.
- Manage customer relationships and identify new opportunities.
- Prepare sales and customer database reports.
- Assist in training programs and performance evaluations.
Job Requirements:
- 2+ years of sales leadership experience.
- Demonstrated leadership and sales skills.
- Strong communication skills (English required).
- Proficient in MS Office.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,00.00 – RM3,00.00/month
