Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Takaful Executive. As a Sales Takaful Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our takaful (Islamic insurance) products to potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential customers to explain the benefits of our takaful products
- Promote and sell takaful policies and packages to meet sales targets
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends
Requirements:
- Possess at least a high school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in sales or insurance is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Target-driven and able to meet sales goals
