Job Description
Job Scope:
- Maintain client relationships effectively.
- Handle customer inquiries, consulting relevant departments when necessary.
- Assist superior in analyzing inquiries and prepare quotations effectively.
- Ensure Purchase Orders match sales quotations.
- Update and create Bill of Materials (BOM) and costing as required.
- Perform other duties assigned by superiors.
Requirement:
- Fresh Graduate with minimum Diploma in Business Management or a related field.
- 2 years working experience in Marketing/Sales department if education requirement is not fulfilled.
- Must have basic knowledge in using Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel.
- Display a positive attitude, friendly personality, ability to interact with various groups/levels of people, willing to learn and have good attention to details.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,800.00 – RM3,500.00 per month
