Job Description
- Attend to daily enquiries from customers for pricing and products/services.
- Prepare spot quotation to customers.
- Follow-up with customers for bookings, comments/complaints including customer satisfaction survey.
- Fix appointments Sales Personnel/KAM(s).
- Update entries in CRM and pricing systems.
- General support to customers to ensure smooth business flow and communication.
- Monitoring of KPIs.
- Preparation of reports and submission to customers.
- Co-ordinate customer requirements with procurement and operational departments.
Profile
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solution-focussed with a strong motivation and drive to achieve results.
- Able to manage deadlines.
- Knowledge of DG requirements is an advantage.
- Global geographical knowledge.
- Proficient in use of common IT applications.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia languages.
- Minimum education at tertiary level however experience can compensate.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in Logistics/Shipping and having a good understanding of various aspects of the industry – ideally in multiple areas among sea freight, airfreight, customs clearance, road transport, warehousing etc.
