Job Description
We are currently hiring an experienced Sales Support Executive for our company, Foremost Cable Accessories Sdn. Bhd.
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Support Specialist or Sales Admin
- Hands-on experience with SQL systems
- Proficiency with MS Office and MS Excel
- In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical and multitasking skills
- Teamwork and motivational skills
Job Description:
- Process documents for enquiries, quotations, and purchase orders
- Compile daily lists of leads and delegate them to the sales team
- Maintain an accessible and organized filing system for sales and administrative professionals
- Handle all administrative duties for the sales department or team
- Provide assistance to management team members and executives as needed
- Perform data entry duties in regards to metrics, sales figures, and other key data in SQL
- Create and process sales in a timely manner
- Report any unusual activity to supervisors
- Expedites urgent requests, sales orders, and shipping information as required

Up to RM2,00.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Electrical engineering: 2 years (Preferred)
Language:
- Bahasa Malaysia (Required)
- Bahasa Malaysia & English (Required)
Ability to Commute:
