Job Description
Company Background:
We are representing a client who is a manufacturer of traditional Chinese medicines. As they are expanding, they are currently looking for a sales support admin to join their team.
Job Description:
- Verify and endorse purchase orders and process sales orders.
- Issue Delivery Order & Invoice.
- Collect cash and cheques and maintain a daily sales register file, handle bank matters, and deal with Finance in HK, etc.
- Handle local purchases for re-sale, payment requests, follow-up payments, etc.
- Support day-to-day operations of the Sales & Admin Department.
- Handle administration duties such as general filing, logistics documentations, and shipment arrangements with local and overseas forwarders.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least SPM or Diploma or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in administration and sales coordination.
- Knowledge and experience in logistics documentations and shipment arrangements with local and overseas forwarders is an added advantage.
- Strategic thinking, proactive, self-motivated, creative, and a team player.
- Good interpersonal skills and meticulous.
- Good attention to detail and organizing skills.
- Proficient in verbal and written English and Mandarin to be able to process sales orders and interact with customers effectively.
