Job Description
JOB FUNCTIONS AND AUTHORITY:
- Responsible for coordinating and providing feedback on customer inquiries and complaints.
- Serve walk-in customers, explain product information, and provide assistance.
- Receive purchase orders from customers and process them using the system.
- Compare received purchase orders or sales confirmation with quoted prices, and re-quote to customers if necessary.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From RM2,200.00 per month
