Job Description
We are currently seeking a Sales Specialist who will be responsible for managing customer experience and employee experience initiatives within our organization.
As a Sales Specialist, you will work closely with our sales team to ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
In addition, you will be responsible for improving employee experience and engagement within our organization. This includes implementing employee recognition programs, conducting regular employee feedback surveys, and providing coaching and training to our sales team.
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in sales and customer service. You should be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of customer and employee needs.
