Job Description
Prepare quotation for spare part, service, Projects & Consumables.
Technical clarification with HQ Germany & Suppliers.
Taking calls and replying emails from customers.
Communication with branch/Suppliers for products specifications and delivery lead time.
Responsible for spare parts & consumables stock ordering, shipment and custom clearance.
Filing and documentation.
SAP system maintenance for time-sheet writers.
Arrange transporter for product delivery.
Any ad hoc assignment.
