Job Description
- Achieve monthly sales targets by actively prospecting and acquiring new customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities.
- Host live stream sessions to engage with customers and promote products/services.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with potential customers.
Qualifications:
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales roles is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.
- Proficient in using social media platforms such as Tiktok, Shopee, WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Comfortable conducting live sessions and utilizing various sales techniques to close deals.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work during scheduled working hours.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM1,600.00 – RM5,00.00 per month
