- To conquer new business opportunities and nurture existing client relationships, while exceeding sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
Here’s what you’ll be doing as part of our unstoppable team:
- Building relationships and rapport with clients by reaching out to both existing and potential customers.
- Staying up-to-date with current market trends and competitor activities to seek out new clients and seize every opportunity that comes your way.
- Knowing our products and services from A to Z and being able to cater to customers’ needs and desires.
- Delivering awe-inspiring sales presentations to capture potential customers’ attention and leave them eager to experience our offerings.
- Utilizing effective persuasion skills to secure the best deals for our company.
- Creating and implementing ingenious sales strategies.
- Keeping the management team informed by providing regular reports on sales activity, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Attending top-notch conferences and events as per arranged.
- Recording all customer interactions in our cutting-edge CRM system to ensure no opportunity or connection slips through the cracks.
Qualifications to Meet:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software.
- Experience in B2B sales is preferred.
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends is a plus.
- Ability to travel as necessary.
- Experience in selling SQL Accounting system/Autocount or POS Point Of Sales system will have an added advantage.
