Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Proficient in operating the Lazada platform, handling product listing, editing, and maintenance tasks.
2. Responsible for order tracking and management, coordinating with the warehouse for timely order processing.
3. Conduct sales data analysis, provide timely market feedback to optimize product sales strategies.
4. Monitor inventory to ensure the smooth operation of the supply chain and prevent stock outages or overstock situations.
5. Responsible for store decoration and optimization, creating and updating product listings, maintaining store visual elements.
6. Configure and manage promotional activities, track the effectiveness of these activities.
7. Responsible for designing and launching advertisements, selecting channels for placement, and tracking advertisement performance.
8. Able to independently handle emergencies and possess good communication skills to effectively collaborate with platform and team members.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in the relevant field of study or equivalent level qualifications.
• Preferably 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Familiar with Lazada platform operations, with relevant work experience is preferred.
• Able to perform data analysis, familiar with data processing tools such as Excel.
• Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin, with good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, AI or other graphic software is preferred.
• Proactive and responsible in work, able to handle problems independently, and possess a good team spirit.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From RM3,500.00 per month
