Job Description
Responsibility
- Receive the customer PO and verifying/cross check the due diligence of the PO and Quotations.
- Create order in SAP.
- Checking the customer’s credit and payment terms to proceed.
- Run the daily task on SAP to reduce the backlog.
- Be the first point of contact for the Sales Representatives and Technicians.
Requirement
- Fluent level of English.
- Able to read and write Mandarin is a MUST.
- Certificate or Diploma is acceptable.
- Immediately available or 1-month notice.
- Must have own transport.
- Entitled to 1.5 bonus on a yearly basis.
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: RM2,800.00 – RM3,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
