Job Description
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible to achieve monthly sales target.
2. To contact existing customers and potential customers to inform them about company product.
3. To ensure all customers inquiries from all social media channels are ALWAYS being answered.
4. Answering questions about products or the company. Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
5. To build strong customer relationship and to maintain good relationship with customers and potential customers.
6. Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products.
