Job Scope:
- Maintains inventory by restocking shelves with products from inventory, observing inventory levels, prompting store management to reorder when levels appear low, and arranging for return and credit for damaged products, whenever applicable.
- Maintains store shelves by observing displays of company products, removing damaged or expired products, tidying store shelves, and providing optimum display of products.
- Observe display and pricing of competitors’ products and submit a report to a superior.
- To plan and execute merchandise strategic launch and promotions and determine pricing strategy.
- To implement corrective measures for slow moving merchandise.
- Identify and maximize sales of fast selling items by taking corrective actions.
- Prepare sales forecasting and sales performance analysis reports to facilitate department purchasing objectives.
- Responsible for conducting a stock take for all consignment counters as and when required.
- To assist in all other duties assigned by superior.
Requirement:
- Preferable those with similar product knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Candidates must possess at least SPM or equivalent qualifications.
- At least two (2) years of working experience in trade merchandising.
- Based in Selangor and KL area.
- Possess own car with valid driving license.
- 5 working days per week (9am-6pm).
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM2,400.00 – RM3,00.00 per month
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay
- Yearly bonus
Education:
- STM/STPM (Preferred)
Experience:
- Merchandising: 1 year (Preferred)
