Job Description:
- Develop a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls
- Meet sales goals and set individual sales targets
- Track sales goals and report results
- Oversee sales team activities and performance
- Coordinate with marketing for lead generation
- Train and motivate sales team
- Promote organization and products
- Conduct market research to understand competitors and trends
- Implement sales techniques, procedures, and standards
- Recruit and develop customers for long-term growth
- Provide innovative ideas to improve market presence
Requirements:
- 2 years’ sales management experience
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
- Experience in customer relationship management
- Experience managing and directing a sales team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Dedication to providing great customer service
- Ability to lead a sales team
- 35 years old and above
- Possess own transport and willing to travel
- Able to speak Mandarin and reasonably good English
- Able to manage overall sales activities
- Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills
- Highly motivated, result-oriented, independent, and service-oriented individuals are encouraged to apply
