Job Description
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales executives and driving the overall sales strategy for the company. Your main goal will be to achieve sales targets, build customer relationships, and contribute to company growth.
You will be expected to develop and implement sales plans, monitor sales performance, and provide coaching and training to your team members. Additionally, you will be responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities for new business, and developing strategies to increase sales revenue.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. A degree in business or a related field is preferred.
