Job Description
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree.
- At least 3-year(s) sales experience in Freight Forwarding or Logistics.
- Relevant job knowledge and experience, including ocean & air, both import and export.
- Willing to work in Klang, Selangor.
Responsibilities:
- To develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve targeted revenue and growth.
- Develop new businesses for all product range – Priority to be given to air freight development.
- To own, monitor & drive all sales activities of new, existing and assigned customers within your control, ensuring prospects are identified, qualified & nurtured through the sales pipeline so as to close profitable & sustainable customer deals.
- Strategic brainstorming and implementation of new business development initiatives.
- Developing and leveraging on company’s branding and professional profile.
- Retention of accounts through customer service excellence.
- Gathering and sharing of market intelligence.
- Ensure timely response from client queries and RFQ’s.
- Drive and achieve department goal in accordance with company directions.
- Manage account receivables at all time & follow up on AR issues with clients.
- Ensure timely submission of reports.
- Any other task that may be assigned from time to time by the Management.

- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling and negotiation skills
- Strong problem solving, communication (both verbal and written) and decision-making skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
